AVON DESCENT ASSESSMENT - WHITE WATER SKILLS TRAINING

- Instructors show you how to approach and paddle moving water safely
- Understand river features, terminology and safety
- Break in and out of the current
- Ferry glide and negotiate rapids correctly
- Self rescue
- Basic support stroke
- Capsize drill

Individual Training/Technique Sessions
For those people who are keen to start training and cannot make the group sessions, individual training sessions are available at a cost of $55.00 an hour (inc GST). Cheaper if you have a friend. Please contact us further information.
